Plastic (UHMW) scraper blades have been designed for today’s flexographics. The blade is positioned with the bevel of the blade facing the ink supply. These blades come in varying thickness and width’s depending on the use. They are supplied on rolls of 30 meter – 100 ft. But on request we can also supply on lengths, depending on the machine model.

- Steel blades can “melt” into the cells, causing rings and striations. UHMW blades will not do this. They are a must on ceramic rolls.
