All Lead edge Feed and wrap-on-Wheels are produced according to OEM specifications. First of all, you want your wheels to last as long as possible. Therfore Dicar uses special formulations to assure maximum friction on the board and offer long wear life. Secondly, Dicar Wrap-on Wheels offer a great reduction on your machine down time. Your change-over time usually takes about 4-5 hours. If you use the Wrap-on hub and wheel combination this will be reduced to around 1 hour. Furthermore, the wrap-on wheels prevent the board from slipping and assure correct paper feed, also on the critical E- and B-flute board. Once the hubs are installed, you no longer have to remove the shafts for a replacement of the wheels. Simply peel off and wrap on again.
