SpeedStrap™ Magnetic Diecutter Pull Band
The Dicar SpeedStraps for die cutting are reusable, quick and cost effective ways to maximize sheet control. It can quickly be placed on your steel cilinder when no cutting die is installed, or if the cutting is positioned over a small portion if the sheet. The magnetic backing allows the SpeedStrap to be placed without the use of any adhesives or fixation parts, to enhance sheet pass through on the diecutter and provide maximum sheet control. No need for time consuming bolt mounted installation of sheet transfer dies.
Dicar makes the Speedstraps in all desired lengths to cover any drum diameter. The SpeedStraps have a thickness of 25.4 mm just as your total knife-height to assure the correct board speed. The Speedstraps are sold per set of 2 straps. When not in use, simply roll them up and place them in the box next to your machine.
